The family all got together at our house and celebrated Megan's first year of life. I made a sucker garden cake as found in the Martha Stewart Baby magazine and she loved it. I thought the suckers would be big hit, but had no idea just how big. After getting at the cake she wasn't even interesting in anything else, but eating the suckers. She's definitely a candy girl.
By far her favorite gift was the pink kitty her Nana gave her. I haven't seen her put it down since the party. It will be interesting to see if it will become like Bella's brown bear...on her 24/7.
