saturday accomplishments

Among all the fun (not fun) errands that I do on Saturday I was able to work on my studio a bit. I finally hung up the bulletin board I bought a couple months ago and set up a bigger table for my computer so I can actually type without my arms hanging off the edge. It makes the room feel so much more open. I can't wait to fill the board with inspiration. I have stuff I want to hang I just haven't had time to find pins to put it all up. Also I had Adam hang my 3 shadow box frames right outside my studio so its the first thing you see as you come in. It make me so happy to walk down the hall now. I just love the way it looks. I hung 3 of my favorite layouts and plan to change it every few months.

sorry the lighting is so bad but i tooks this at night.

I think the pictures look fine, and I'm happy to report that I got so see this in person yesterday and that they're stunning. I also got to admire the photo wall (which is fabulous), and one of Amy's photo albums which was chock full of beautiful layouts. Seeing them made me want to start scrapbooking again, and also made me want to start doing some one page layouts. Amy--everything you do looks like it should be in a magazine or a frame.

I agree. I have enjoyed looking through your albums. They are all so creative and fabulous. After looking through your pages, I got the bug and scrapbooked all weekend. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love interior design and photos so much that when I read your post it made me smile. I love the way you personalize it on your layouts (I think I am still on frames) but I love the way it brings life to your home! Magnificent!

Love the shadowboxes! That is a great idea to frame layouts and change them out periodically. That way you can really enjoy them every day. Sometimes I get sad about all the layouts that are in books and don't get looked at very often.
